What we offer

Welding and Fabrication

We specialize in natural gas pipe welding, API 1104 qualified with Appendix B, In Service welding procedures.

From fabrication of new meter sets, regulator stations to repair work, valve replacements and more.

We are also equipped to do flux core field welding, Mig welding, Tig welding on stainless and aluminum. We focus on gas pipe welding but we will do structural welding, equipment repairs and custom fabrication work.

Natural Gas Meter Repairs and Sales

We have a fully equipped meter shop where we can service your residential or commercial gas meters. Brands we service, Rockwell/Sensus, American, Sprague, Roots and more. From pickup and delivery, complete teardown, repairs and testing.

We are equipped with Bell and Snap provers for testing. Capable of testing Ultrasonic meters.

We also offer refurbished meters for sale from our stock. Various residential and commercial sizes available. Drive options, 1’, 2’, 5’, 10’ and 100’. Case options 20-100 pound cases.

Emergency Welding Repairs

Available 24 hours/ 7 days a week/ holidays. After hour rates apply.

Field Testing of Commercial Meters

We can come to you to test your commercial, Rockwell/Sensus, American, Rotary or Turbine meters. Our truck equipped with a Roots 5 prover and necessary tools we can test and adjust your meters in the field. Saving you labor costs on swapping and sending meters in to be tested.

This service is typically available in the Spring and Fall. Please feel free to contact us about with any questions.

Field meter proving. Our truck equipped with the basics for field proving. This is a work in progress but we have the essentials to provide efficient service.
Limited access to meter and we can move our equipment to prove meters in confined areas.
